VapoLung is a liquid supplement in a 60 mL pump bottle, sprayed into the mouth four times a day. This page explains the bottle and how it is used, clears up the vape and nasal-spray confusion, reads the front label, and sets the "Vicks trick" apart from the product.

VapoLung is a dietary supplement sold as a liquid: 60 mL (2 oz) in an amber bottle with a black pump sprayer and a cream-and-navy label reading "Premium Lung Health". Each serving is 4 sprays, 0.60 mL in all, taken by mouth once a day. The order page describes it as "a dietary supplement in liquid form, developed for oral administration". Inside the liquid is a 154 mg blend of five botanicals: mullein leaf, ginger root, bromelain, organic lemon and organic Cordyceps militaris.

Three things people expect from the name, and what the label actually says:
"Vapo" is part of the brand name only. Nothing is heated, inhaled or vaped; the liquid is sprayed into the mouth and swallowed.
The direction is "Spray 4 pumps directly into mouth or onto tongue once daily". It is not made for the nose.
It is not a vapor rub and contains no menthol, camphor or eucalyptus oil on its label, which is why the "Vicks trick" has nothing to do with it (see below).
Shake the bottle well before each use, as the label asks, so the botanicals are evenly mixed.
Four pumps directly into the mouth or onto the tongue, then swallow. That is one serving, 0.60 mL.
One serving a day; the official FAQ suggests the morning. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Cap on, away from heat, light and humidity, out of the reach of children. Do not use if the seal is damaged.
The front panel carries the name, the line "Premium Lung Health", three icons with the phrases "Supports normal airway function", "Supports healthy respiratory function" and "Respiratory activation" (each with the asterisk that ties it to the supplement disclaimer), and "60 mL | 2 oz, Dietary Supplement".
Above the name sits a small Japanese flag. The label does not explain it, and the back panel states "Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients". The official website's second bonus guide, "The Memory Masters", describes a "Japanese Nighttime Ritual", which suggests the flag is part of the brand's style rather than a country of origin. Searches for a "Japanese lung trick" do not match anything printed on the bottle.
Some ads for breathing sprays borrow the phrase "Vicks trick", a social-media hack in which a mentholated chest rub is put on the soles of the feet under socks at bedtime. VapoLung is a different kind of product: an oral spray with a botanical blend, not a rub, and it is not made, sold or endorsed by the maker of Vicks. This guide does not compare the two, because they are not used the same way. The phrase, its recipe variants and what the rub's own directions say are explained on the Vicks trick page.
